At NOMA Decor, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition

• Be returned in its original packaging

• Include all original accessories and components

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

• Products returned without original packaging

• Clearance or final sale items

• Personalized or custom-made products (if applicable)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item received was defective

• The item was damaged during transit

• We shipped the wrong product

In these cases, NOMA Decor will cover the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow our standard return procedure.

United Kingdom Customers

NOMA Decor currently operates exclusively within the United Kingdom and ships only to UK addresses.
